RL046914628CN was sent to airline on oct 16. it might take another 2 to 3 weeks to reach Australia.

Hello, on December 3rd, 2014 I ordered some items from a company located in china. I received my tracking number and was pleased when I saw my items received and beginning to move though the process. Well, my package as been stuck in the "export customs scan" for 19 days now with no changes. tomorrow it will be 30 days since I made this order and paid for the items. I only have 15 days to begin a dispute with paypal/ebay. I do not want to start a dispute for my items if they will be received, but I also do not want to miss my window of time to get a refund of my money. PLEASE HELP. following is my tracking number and what I can see when I attempt to track. Thank you in advance for your speedy attention to this matter! Tish Hoch

Since 20/12 , EA027998744CN is stuck at SHANGHAI Despatch from Sorting Center. Please guide me about this.
