I've placed an order and got tracking code RH035786874CN but it's last known location is shanghai airport. The seller says it was sent by plane 2014/8/29 however it doesn't show as being recieved in the UK. Using the tracking code it states it's still at the airport and it's been over 2 weeks.

Can you help find my order and let me know where it is.

sent to airline status stuck for 2 to 4 weeks is quite common. you just need some patient.

But why does it have a null code and surely if it's passed the checks it should have been dispatched to the UK by now. I spent a fortune on this item and everything I ordered after it has been recived.

you might have tracked in wrong website which showed "null" to you. correct English tracking website is: http://track-chinapost.com/

Tried that link but it still says sent to airline 29th August and that was 3 weeks ago. Everything else I've ordered has arrived so why not this package? I've raised a dispute with the seller but i really wanted the package. It's very dissapointing service.

normally you will get the parcel within 4 to 5 weeks after "sent to airline" date. this status will not change until you get your parcel.

RJ177984895CN was just shipped last week. you might need to wait another 2 to 4 weeks.

RJ180921992CN was just shipped last week. you need to wait about 2 to 4 weeks to get the goods.
