ID18142332959138CN is not china post tracking number. You need ask seller how to track it.

What does it mean when i search this tracking # RY731963737CN and it says PHILIPPINE POST OFFICE ATTEMPT DELIVERY as a last status update on my parcel dated January 23, 2018. Then I checked the tracking # in the link for track in destination countries and it says that RY731963737CN HAS NO RECORD IN THE PHILIPPINES POSTAL SYSTEM.

There might be a problem with the destination countries form for the Philippines. http://tnt.phlpost.gov.ph/ shows every event the same, except it doesn't show the delivery attempt yet.

You should contact Philippines Post Office (PhlPost) to find out if you need to pick up your parcel at a post office.

Thank you for the reply. I have another question please. On a link sent by the merchant last January 23, 2018 the update says YOUR ORDER EXPERIENCED A FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT. Does that mean that the parcel is there in the PHLPOST?
