both tracking number not show any information. let me know whats problem.

If your tracking number can not get any result from our online system, generally it is caused by following 3 reasons:
1)the parcel is your shipper's warehouse and has not sent to China Post yet.

2)The parcel just arrived China Post office waiting to be scanned into database. China Post generally need about 24 hours to update the parcel information.

3)The tracking number is fake or wrong.

i think 1st and 2nd reasons is my problem. ok im waiting for update database.

if your parcel has battery or liquid inside, China Post might return or even destroy them without notice.
