Hello,
my supplier sent a package on the 30/12/2017, till today the 11/02/2018 the package did not arrived!! its over 42 days where is my package? did the seller sent it buy the sea???
parcel number:
CP347477309CN

if the parcel weight is over 2 kgs, it could go through sea. If this is the case, you need wait half year to get the parcel

ok, i have asked my supplier in china what is the weight of the parcel, the seller told me he is going to send it by air not sea...but my post office told me the seller sent it by the sea? can you check by the tracking code ive provided if its by air mail or sea please?

We can only tell you that parcel number starting with CP should be sea parcel if it is over 2 kgs. If less than 2 kgs, it is shipped by air.

3 to 6 months. Also it has very high lost rate.
