I am currently in China and I am awaiting 2 parcels (boxes) from South Africa.
They were sent 2 months ago and I still have not received them.

Tracking numbers :CN009254489ZA - According to China Post tracking website, Status is :Arrival at outward office of exchange.

What does that mean????

:CN009254550ZA - According to China Post tracking website, they have not received this.

I am an Ningbo,China and urgently need my package.

Please help!

CN009254550ZA has never arrived China. It should be lost on the way between S.A and China.
