RG673016498CN shows only "shipping notice received from seller". For this parcel, your seller printed a shipping label, but never actually sent you anything. You should open a dispute and claim a refund.

For the other parcels -- unfortunately delivery time to Jamaica seems incredibly slow these past few months. Almost nothing sent from China to Jamaica in November or December has arrived yet. In fact, only about 50% of parcels sent in October have already arrived; the rest are still in transit. All I can advise is to keep a close eye on your package tracking, and open a dispute with your seller for any items where your buyer protection time is running out. :(

Have any idea what has caused the delay of packages to Jamaica?

No idea, sorry. It's possible that parcels from countries other than China are being processed faster; some countries do this. For instance, Canada assigns a lower processing priority to China, Singapore, and Hong Kong; parcels from these countries take at least 4 weeks to be processed, while items from many other countries only take 2.

isn't it the same route

Almost certainly not. IME SingPost sends items on flights directly out of Singapore, I can't see them relaying via mainland China.

It's impossible to give an accurate estimate because of a lack of information. Outside of holiday periods parcels to Jamaica seem to take 35-60 days, but the holidays surely add a delay of at least 15 days more. That would have your parcels arriving between now and the end of February.
