Can anyone help me with this?
I ordered two items on the same day
tracking numbers are :

RB685305290CN
RL040818447CN

one of them is showing as still in customs and the other as never having been recieved by china post?

"never having been recieved by china post" means your seller did not ship the goods.

"in customs" status is ok. the parcel is waiting for export airline space. just wait one or two more weeks and the status will change.
