😮 i had two diff lap tops order both show sent to customs one went to the airport the other when i check it went back to receive by post why is it being sent back to the sell for some reason keep in mind both were laptops package a is RC520710538CN and package b is RC520711272CN

Lithium-Ion Battery in the one and there a Battery in the other what typ is unknow but in both there r Battery

should i file on both claims or just the one the one was sent to the airlines # RC520711272CN and the other with number #RC520710538CN was sent back the way it looks to me i wish china post was more clear on there site to where the packages are at at all times they seem to be very relaxed and lack in there department as to where they they just dont care about there jobs and if these companys know all this why do they even try to ship the way they do there going to lose money and future customers. it will also hurt the company that are real and trying to make a living which in return hurts china as well as it will stop me from buy from there in the future and i am sure other well follow ! i know china is a very humble nation so where is it , as i place my faith and trust in china and this is what i get (my packages sent back to seller )
