Post Whats happened to my package?

My package got shipped on the 19th of July. I haven't had any more tracking information since the 22nd of July. It's been at 'Export Customs Scan (domestic transit)' for 9 days now. Just wondering what's happening.

1. May I suggest you read this for your parcel:
What is the status of “Export Customs Scan” ? How long it will take?
On this site:

2. If you don't see any movement within the next 6 days, then contact seller or open a dispute.
