What is happening with my delivery (tracking no. RJ234763841CN)?
Every 15-30 days the information is updated that the shipment is on Export Customs scan!

RJ234763841CN seems to have problem to pass customs scan in Beijing. You have to open dispute and claim refund asap.

I already claimed refund but E-bay customer service decided in favor of the seller because the tracking number was valid. Now I don't know what to do.
