I made a purchase by Dhgate on December 13, 2017, the seller sent me the following tracking number: RM282388633CN.
When doing the tracking I get the following data:

Número: RM282388633CN
Seguimiento estado: En tránsito
País de Destino: Desconocido
País de origen: China
2018-01-02 15:20 Qingdao Processing Center, has been imported mutual seal (domestic)
2018-01-02 10:43 Qingdao, opened and dismantled
2017-12-29 14:16 Beijing processing Center, has imported mutual seal (domestic)
2017-12-29 09:33 BEIJING, the export has been opened and dismantled

The seller tells me that the package will arrive but I have my doubts. Because the tracking data was not updated anymore.
And reading some forums, possibly my package has had problems with customs, that is why it is transported from Beijing to Qingdao.
Please help me.

RM282388633CN is imported in Qingdao. Normally this means the parcel was returned by China customs. You should open dispute to seller for refund.

I don’t know where my package is, i bought on dec 18 2017 it has almost been 6 weeks, my order from dhgate has not arrived should i be worried? RK851143985CN is my track nimber

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your seller delayed shipment for 3 weeks. The actual shipment date is Jan 6.

Shipping time to Canada is very slow. Canada Post gives very very low priority to China Post register airmail on import processing. It is quite common that the parcel will wait in Canada Post warehouse for 4 to 8 weeks without doing anything. I believe you might get the goods in or after March.

If time is important to you, you should open dispute to DHGATE for compensation.

Hi, my package UG069389863CN froze on the first day, is this normal? i have 2 packages with identical tracking number UGxxxxCN both of them froze on first day, no more updates since then, its been 2 weeks.
