Post What does "Held by customs" - Frankfurt means?

I am looking for my delivery LM246905215CN.
How long can held by customs be and What can I do.
If I have to ask the German Post (DHL), do I have another Tracking Number or is it the same ( LM246905215CN)?

LM246905215CN arrived Germany on Dec 1. You need call DHL packet to pickup the parcel. Use same tracking number LM246905215CN as reference number.
