I purchased in Ali Express an item in mid of June, which I received in mid July. It resulted defective. So the next day I shipped it back with RMA number to the seller. From mid-July it arrived in beginning of August to the seller in China.
They shipped the repaired device in 19th of September (the dispute time had expired by mid of August).

The seller won't reimburse me the amount, so I'm only waiting for it to be delivered...
The last record shows that it's somewhere in Xiamen. After reading in the forum that there are long delays during October-December, what are the odds that I will receive my package? Is it probably going back to the seller or is it still trying to leave China?

Is there a way to tell if it has been returned to the sender/seller? I asked the seller and they claimed they did not receive it but told me that all I could do is wait. This is not normal, since the package is making its way back to the origin.
