I have a package that left China late Dec 2017 and I have not received it. Tracking number LS428496458CN. Can you tell me if this is a scam?

LS428496458CN left china for JFK airport on Dec 31. Normally it should be delivered no more than 30 days after left China. It has more than 80% chance to be lost.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
