LS234929872CN left china for JFK airport on Nov 28. now is busy season, JFK US customs is very slow. you need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get it released from customs. Once it passes customs clearance, you can see new status in USPS website.

Thank you I had 2 orders from Same place ordered Same day and one arrived already the one mentioned above has not.
