Hi!

I'm currently traveling China and Korea. When I visited Xi-an I send a package with some things back to Denmark. The package has now been returned to Xi-an. I have spoken to the Danish Postal Office, who confirms that the package was never in Denmark.

What happened to my package, and how do I get them to resend it?

Tracking nr: CP290422393CN

The package contained: two tailored suits, chopsticks, silk fabric, a few watches, and tea. So no reason they wouldn't fly with it.

maybe the watches has some battery inside which is not allowed by safety officer.

How can I find out why it was returned? So far I have only been able to get in touch with people who speak exclusively chinese or people that couldn't help.

you have to go back to the original china post office where you sent the parcel.

That's not possible as I'm no longer in China.
I have tried calling 029-11185 and 029-11183, one didn't speak english and the other didn't want to help.

They claim that package was declined by customs when it arrived in Denmark. This is NOT the case. The package was NEVER in Denmark. Any suggestions?
