I've seen that my order was not delivered because of the address. Can you verify?

The tracking number is LL338921214CN, and the address is the following:

Ciao ,devi andare tu a ritirarlo è già a disposizione per il ritiro dal 14 giugno ,qua
Ufficio Postale RAVENNA 4 , in via Pola 22 .
Ti conviene andarlo a ritirare al più presto ,prima che lo rimandino al mittente .

Ps non è stato consegnato per via dell'indirizzo ma , perchè ingombrante .
