Hi,
It says that I need to pay customs payment fees, but I’ve already payed for my package and I ‘ve also waited almost a month now for my package !

are you shipper or recipient? ONLY Recipient needs to make customs declaration. If the recipient can provide a proof that the goods is a return for repair or refund during customs declaration, he/she does not need to pay any duty(some conditions apply).

Most important, recipient must make customs declaration first. However, many bad sellers don't want to refund money to buyer. So they don't make customs clearance and make the delivery impossible. This is a bad cheating game and buyer need to report fraud to credit card bank and claim refund.

It’s not a return, I had purchased this item on 18/8-2026 and on all the other sites it says it’s on it’s way but on the app Shop it says I have to pay custom fees to continue my delivery?
And it also says on your website that it’s estimated delivery is on the 13th of September.

normally parcel will be delivered by Denmark Post within one week after it arrives in Denmark.

LM147697882CN just arrived in BRØNDBY TERMINAL 2605. Denmark post will deliver the parcel soon.
