Hello! I want to know what happened to my package, actually is a letter and has tracking number RN927313320RO. The letter I send not reached the destination. If it was not delivered I wish I could get back the letter.

RN927313320RO failed delivery in shanghai. you can ask recipient to pickup from china post shanghai office.

OK, I understend, thanks for your answer. I want to know that my package will get back to me, if the recipient will not pick up from the office post. That is my concern right now, if I will receive back my pack.

it should be returned to you if the recipient does not pickup the parcel over a period of time (normally this period will be two to three months).
