Hello, I had received other packages from china post before, they usually takes 2 or 3 days on collection status but i bought another thing on14th of august.
The article is a wig for a costume, the track number is RC861867414CN
The seller give me the number on the 15th, but when i track it is still in collection
Is this normal?

this parcel stuck longer time than normal. If your parcel has no battery item, just wait one more week and see what happens. If still no change of status, then you might need contact seller and ask for refund.
