I recently purchased two items of the same thing on 08-24. I contacted the seller due to no change in item profile they told me they had sent it of on 08-24 with hongkong air mail, I then asked for a tracking number they told me they did nothave one, Should I wait for the 21-30 days then if not shown up file a dispute? I s it normal for hongkong airmail to not have a tracking number?

Hong Kong Post has two services:
register mail which is trackable and expensive,
non-register mail which is much cheaper and not trackable.

I believe your seller uses the cheaper one. You can open a dispute if you did not get goods in 30 days.
