thank you for all the past advise! actually I have 3 items in travel from china to italy:
LX114610720CN
LX096537615CN
that two items are still blocked in the same traking position for so many days.
UG164370678CN
But the last is the more worryng beacause it was sent 29 january but it is not delivered, the seller is continuing to say that the item was sent and that's a problem of the transportation company... what I should do?

UG164370678CN is fake number. Your seller did not ship anything to you. Which website did you buy from?

The other two parcel numbers are ok. They are waiting for airline space in China. you need wait about 2 to 3 weeks to get the goods.
