trying to track 2 parcels but tracking info has not changed in days could anyone help. tracking numbers are LX597812944CN AND LX000042822CN any help most appreciated

Both parcels have left china for London on Nov 21. You can not see UK location until parcel is released by UK customs. now is busy season, customs clearance might take 2 to 4 weeks.
