Hi, I'm trying to locate parcel with tracking number LZ255810683CN. The tracking information hasn't been updated since 2018 May 1, saying "Germany, sent to customs".

LZ255810683CN arrived Germany on May 1st. Not sure why it has not been delivered. You need contact your local Germany Post and see if they can find the parcel for you. If they can not find it, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
