This isn't a China Post tracking number, it belongs to the logistics company Yanwen: http://track.yw56.com.cn/en-US/

Usually these companies only handle the parcel in China, then mail it overseas via some method. In this case it looks like it's going to be Registered Mail -- tracking number UG140876283CN -- which will probably take 3-4 weeks to reach you in Latvia.
