Hi I ordered my package on the 14th of November and it still says “departure export customs.” I was just wondering what this meant and if my package was actually on the way? Tracking number is LS184803126CN

LS184803126CN was shipped on Nov 23. it is on the way to your country, no need worry anything at this moment. it should arrive in 2 to 4 weeks.
