My order with tracking number rd358726126cn has been stuck at dispatching for two weeks now. I have contacted the seller and he says china post is slow. I have received two of my other orders just the other day and then another one a day before it. Surprisingly one of the orders I received was stuck at OPENING since 23rd August. But it reached Pakistan.

I still have 35 days of protection left. What should I do?

I am from India and my tracking status is also not updating from 1 august and my seller saying that it took 2-3 week more to reach. In china, more than 150 flights are cancelled that's why we are facing delay.

The thing I am receiving all my other orders are on time. Just received mouse I ordered in ten days!
