I ordered a package on November 16 and it is still in China according to the tracking number. The tracking number is RC116636804CN. Should I open a dispute?

RC116636804CN was sent to airline on dec 7. normally it need about 2 weeks to arrive USA. you can wait one more week and see what happens. if still no results on Dec 22, then you can file dispute case.
