Post Tracking Number?

I ordered a package on December 8, 2017; after many requests for update and no response, I received a text and email that item is on its way. The tracking number LS430055437CN has no tracking details. Is it because too early or a fake number? Was excited to finally receive a message but after reading other posts concerned still not receiving package! Please help! Also, when can I expect to receive the package? Thank you!

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows no record. Your seller did not ship you anything. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you should open dispute against fraud shipment.
