I goit an email saying my parcel has been sent. The tracking number isn't working. LZ383645375CN . Please help.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you cannot track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.
