Hi there!

I need your help. I received this tracking number RH961380488CN, the last thing it says is “sent to airline”... twice? Anyways, it has not been updated since a month and I’m scared it’s not gonna arrive. Where is the package now?

"sent to airline" status sometimes might repeat. This is normal. no need worry.

RH961380488CN is china post register mail. Canada Post gives very very low priority to processing such parcel. Normally it will take about 6 to 12 weeks to reach Canada receiver. You need some patient.

Next time please use china post ePacket to ship goods to Canada.epacket is much faster than register mail and tracking number starts with L.
