I placed an order on February 20, 2018 and have still not received it. There is no information on tracking website. I will be notifying PayPal and filing a claim if this is not resolved.

your seller delayed shipment for one month. http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number LN260163620CN was actually shipped on Mar 25. Normally it will arrive USA by mid of April.
