China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.RF412982973CN tracking result
2016-11-09 10:55:26.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-11-09 10:59:51.0 Electronic Data Received

2. Your parcel was never mail to China Post, just open a dispute to get your money back.
