Hellocan anybody tell me what s this tracking method UC014540589CN...it doesnt start with R so it isnt registered post wright?

yes. U is also register mail. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was just shipped on Feb 2. You will wait about 2 to 6 weeks to get it in Serbia.

RL768759425CN is waiting in beijing for airline space to Serbia. You need wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight.
