you seller did not ship the goods yet. wait one more week and track again. if still nothing, you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.

Apparently my daughter went to this address and they are telling her it is not there and she was not given a place where it is. Can you please search CC198289988CA and confirm with the post office where this package is being held? I do not have a phone number for that post office and I am not good enough in Mandarin to speak with them. CC198289988CA should be a wrong number. it never arrives china.
