http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 21. Normally shipping time to USA will take 2 to 6 weeks, You have less than 30% chance to get it in next 3 to 5 business days.

I received my order today but it was not the one I ordered. How do I get in contact with the company if they don't respond to your emails?

If you bought on ebay, aliexpress, amazon or others such websites simply open a case.However if you bought from another source, going on the company`s website will provide you with a contact number, hence much easy to contact them.Thanks

your parcel left china one week ago. You can not see new status when parcel outside china. Travel time from china to Mexico receiver might take 3 to 6 weeks, please be patient.
