Hello
I’am trying to track where my package is but the status says “Departure export customs” in Guangzhouem on 03/17/2020 and again same status on 03/19/2020.

EB715009521CN was rejected by Guangzhou airport safety check point on Mar 19. reject could be a mistake. What is the item inside?

china post sent this parcel to airport again on Mar 19. You need wait one or two more weeks and see what will happen.

coronavirus cancelled more than 80% airlines from china, china post has not enough shipping space. parcel waiting line is very long.

My parcel again in “Departure export customs” in Guangzhouem since 03/20/2020.

“Departure export customs” only means china post tried to send the parcel to airline warehouse again. USPS.com does not show any arrival information. It is still in China.
