Last tracking date was Jan. 27 saying reached destination country, since no update tracking # P000029143985. How come hasnt updated

P000029143985 is cheap service. It will have no update after it is sent to airline warehouse.

"Arrival at Destination Post" means it's arrived at one of the USPS International Mail Processing Centers -- one of San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, or Chicago. From this point it still has to clear customs and then be given back to USPS for delivery.
