Can you please help in getting status of parcel with tracking number RJ425309995CN?

Also when will I receive it?

If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you can open dispute.

So if the parcel is lost, shouldn't China Post be searching for it? Or refund an equivalent worth? How can I raise a missing request?

shipper can ask for compensation from china post. receiver should ask compensation from shipper.
