i buy a product from ebay and the seller ships the product 1 december but the track numer that he gived me didn't work

your seller has not shipped the goods yet. Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute to ebay against fraud shipment.

the seller tell me that he shipped the good 1st decembre but after 10 days the track number still invalid...what sould i do?

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud shipment.
