I need to track my parcel..where its reached right now.. track id is RK239505455CN ..Beijing departure date is 31/05/2015

Now its exactly 2 weeks the parcel left china. it will take again 2 weeks. My order date is 13/05/2015. They promise the parcel will reach in kuwait within 28 days. Track ID RK239505455CN.

RK239505455CN should have left China. You can not know the exact location until it reaches Kuwait. this might take about 2 to 4 weeks.

if your protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend protection or open dispute. otherwise open dispute.
