Post stucked to "sent to airline"

It's been almost 2 weeks that status for my package "sent to airline" hasn't been changed. I contacted the seller website "New Chick" and they can't provide more information rather then it's been shipped, they don't know even which airline it's been sent to.. How can I find out the airline name or get current progress for my package? And if anyone had an experience with NewChick website, how trustful are they?

After sent to airline, status will not be updated. this is normal. you should get it after 2 to 4 weeks.

Not usually, no. The airlines are just contractors that ship items for China Post and other postal services. Your item will be delivered by the post office of your country.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is on the way to Ecuador. Normally from China to Ecuador can take 2 to 3 months, you need some patient.
