Can any body help me? I am trying to find out what is happening with my parcel number RI494799340CN. Apparently it was sent on 13th June but I haven't heard or seen anything and it hasn't arrived yet it's been over a month.

Please help and look into this for me

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel just arrived Kolkata today. you should get it next week.

RI494799340CN should be serously delayed. you should open dispute to seller.
