Hello
I ordered some Chinese motorcycle fairings which were processed on 9/15/17. Since then they seem to have been rejected by customs once already, and now have been sitting in Shenzhen customs for 3 weeks now.
Is there any particular reason for these delays (Chinese holiday, weather, large package slower queue, etc.)?
I've emailed the dealer a couple times but receive the same canned response every time (never takes this long, ill contact shipping company blablabla).
Omitting the company name because they actually did a great job painting (according to the pics) and had them sent out for delivery in a couple weeks.

the parcel left China for San Francisco on Oct 22. Normally it will take about 10 days to reach US customs and will take another 2 weeks to pass US customs processing. You can not see new status until US customs releases the parcel to USPS.

Not yet, almost three months since ordering (8/31/17). Status from this site still says "en-route." Have you gotten them yet? lol
