Post Stuck in Preparing Shipment

Hello,

I recently bought a package from China using EMS shipping. It was accepted on October 31, and has not updated since then, as it has been stuck on "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" for the past 7 days. This is the longest delay I have ever had on any EMS package. Is it still in China, and if so, what is causing the delay? Or is it in the U.S., but is stuck in customs? Thank you in advance.

2. Your parcel seems to be fine, it's On Route to USA, you need only to wait for it and continue to track it on the USPS site.

Hello,

Thank you for giving me some reassurance. However, it is getting close to almost 2 weeks without my package which I find unreasonable for EMS shipping. I filed a search request through USPS since it still says Origin Post is Preparing Shipment.

1. I would not be surprise that the problem is USPS in Chicago. I have seen here parcel not scan by USPS when arriving in USA and then the scan started like out of Customs and sometime in the hometown of the person.

2. Also rumor are that USPS Chicago is not the greatest.

My package is being hold up the it suppose to be here December the 27 and it still not moving here's my tracking is LT543647246CN i want to how long will it take to get my package from China ems

I buy something in february 4 and the tracking number only say pre shipment

The USPS will often only show "pre-shipment" until the item arrives in the US. Try tracking here: http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php?code=LK463593694CN
