it already left for NY.....why would you say 10-20 days"????

not yet. It is waiting for flight space from Hong Kong to JFK. waiting time can take one to three weeks.

LY238708315CN is waiting for flight space from Hong Kong to JFK. normally it will wait 3 to 20 days to catch flight. you need some patient.
