Post Shipping to South Africa?

Hi,

I ordered an item of ebay and requested tracking, the tracking is RO600744685CN. There has been no update since the 27/08/2014.

The destination country is South Africa, please advise on the issue?

you should open dispute to ebay/paypal asap.

Actually I have opened a case. And the item was resent with this new tracking.

The seller tells me I should be patient (I been patient for more than 4 months). He says his delivery company says its on hold by customs, which has gotten stricter and there's nothing he can do. That I should wait for more days.

escalate the dispute and claim refund.
