I have made a shipment, returned bag to China, tracking hasn't been updated since may 7th CC012059326ES

Who can I call?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CC012059326ES shows CC012059326ES arrived China on May 7. It should have customs clearance or delivery problem. You need ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 to arrange pickup the parcel.

Please let me know if this is possible, I have asked the receiver to call and they said hotline could tell them the location as is not in the post shop, is this real? Can't the hotline tell them the whole status of the package? How can I know where exactly it is at?
