Dearest,

The shipment of 26 October last from China supplier with China Registered Airmail #RM403680935CN shows:

"International Mail# RM403680935CN Tracking Result

1226|updatePanel|updatePanelMain|
No shipping record in old database. Please try to track in New China Post database "

New China Post database says:

"The tracking number RM403680935CN is invalid, China Post did not get any parcel associated with this number "

Shipment should be a week and a half on its way. But since 26 October no sign of any shipment.

Could you please give me some information on this shipment.

The item number is in the right format to be a China Post tracking number, but no parcel with this tracking number has been given to China Post yet. You might want to contact the seller and ask when the goods will actually ship.

Why tracking results shows ” invalid” or “China Post has not received the parcel”?
